Can I apply for Ph.D from USA after M.Sc from Nepal without any work experience?


hi i finished my m.sc. environment science from tu,kathmandu nepal and want to do phd.from USA. Can i apply for phd directly that is without any work experience. Is there any such criteria like work experience?plz mail answer in my email [email protected]

i just complete my master level with 62% with 2nd time attempt and i have 42% at intermediate with two times attempt again i have 54% in bscwith 2 times attempt inspite of this i have excellent gre and TOEFL and subject gre also in better position .... there is any chance to get schlorship at us ,,,,,,,, if no chance to get ..... again i wanna join tu biotech for better result ...... plz suggest me ??????????????????????????????????
