hi,
If you want to join Indian Navy after completing your graduation then you can apply through Combine Defence Services Exam.

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

After qualifying C.D.S exam you can join Defence services like:-
> Army
> Air Force
> Navy

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass graduation with recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

Dear frd,first you need to be very good in technical knowledge,then you can apply for IES ,
civil services,
railways,
defence jobs,
various companies such as IOCL,BHEL,GAIL,SAIL,BSNL,NTPC,POWER GRID,NCPIL,ECI,BEL etc.you can also apply for lecturers job,BARC,
bank sector jobs.
there are many options in state civil services and central civil services.

Civil engineers are employed in all the major construction projects carried out by the state or central government, the railways, private construction companies, military, engineering services, consultancy services etc.

Civil engineering graduates can also go in for research and take up teaching or they can open their own independent consultancy services.

A fresh graduate of civil engineering one can also look for jobs in road projects, building work, consultancy firms, quality testing laboratories or housing societies.

A fresh graduate in civil engineering can expect a salary between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000 per month at the entry level. A diploma holder will get between Rs 8,000 and Rs 10,000 on an average. After three or four years’ experience on good projects, one can earn up to Rs 30,000 per month.
