basically what should do to b a scientist after +2 & what exams shud i refer to get admission in foreign colleges

After +2 just take the engineering branch you want to become a scientist in. There are many exams for entrance in foreign colleges :

The MIT is on the top.

Other exams that can get you a green card are;
SAT
MCAT
LSAT
GMAT
GRE
etc.
