Scope of practicing Law after LLB through distance education?


Hi, Am planning to study LLB via distance education. What is the scope to practice as a lawyer? I saw in some info websites like LLB through correspondence is not recognized by bar council. Is there any exams to practice as lawyer?

There is no scope of practicing law after completing LLB through distance mode.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) did not recognise the LLB through distance mode and will not be eligible for practicing as lawyer but you can become a legal advisor.
If your aim is to become Lawyer then it will be better if you study LLB in regualr mode.

Can a person completing LLB(General) degree through distance mode do tax practice in ITAT
