Educational Institutions are either University Grants Commission (UGC) or All India Council for Technical education (AICTE) approved. Or they are affiliated to certain Universities. University might be private, public or government.
Siksha Vishrad course degree certificate is issued by Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Prayag, Allahabad.

Bihar State Government has passed out order that certificate of "Siksha Vishrad", is not valid for teacher vacancy. Siksha Vishrad is equivalent to B.Ed degree and it is not affiliated to National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).

Getting Government schools jobs will be difficult. Most of the Private Schools will take you on your merits.
