can u please guide me where do i do my m.pharm either in India or abroad?

If you can settle in abroad then you should do m.pharm in abroad because if you do m.pharm in india and do phd and if you do m.pharm and phd and then come back in India both will result in same. You are not going to be paid more only because of having your studies in abroad.
If you really want to go abroad and study then i will suggest you should do a job there. You can give exams like GRE for that.
