Which option is better, studying abroad or studying in india
for higher studies for a B.Tech EEE undergraduate ?
Which one has more value? what will be the
job prospects in India for an Indian student who studied abroad?

Both study in India and in Abroad are more or less the same if you can excel in the field of study you are pursuing. If you get admission in the top institutes of the country like the IITs, then you can pursue the higher study in India since IITs are better than many other foreign institutes. However, if you get admission in the institutes which has better ranking than IITs, then it is better to go for them since you will not only get more exposure but also get a better teaching and infrastructure. However, the major success depends on your individual caliber and performance in the course. There is wider scope in abroad compared to India owing to higher population in India and better infrastructure in abroad especially countries like USA, UK but if you excel in your field of study, you can get job opportunities both in India and in Abroad.
