sir i've given bca final year exam, now what field should i choose. should i go for further studies or can i do job.....please guide

Depends upon your responsibilities,interest and financial situation.
If you have an interest in further studies but are unable to afford it due financial situation,you can go for a job and distance education for MCA.
If you have an interest in further studies and have no finacial responsibilities then go for proper MCA.
If you dont have interest in studying further then doing a job,go for it.

In any case ,its your own decision............

It is a better choice for you to go for higher studies after completion of BCA course.

Because, you won't get good jobs soon after the completion of your BCA course.

Even if you get any job, you will not be paid high salaries and you will not be given higher level designations.

Apart from these things, some companies will give hard core work to the candidates who have joined in job on the basis of BCA qualification.

If you try for jobs on the basis of Post Graduation, you will be given higher level designations with good salary.

But, you should be strong enough in subject knowledge especially in the platform which you have chosen and on which you are joining in job.

As per higher studies, the two best choices for you are
-MBA (Master of Business Administration)
-MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

MBA is a 2 year Management related course where as MCA is a 3 year technical related course.

You can join the course which you are interested.

Even in MBA course also, some technical related specializations are being available like
-MBA in Information Technology
-MBA in Systems Management

The admission to MBA course will be given on the basis of the Entrance Exams like
-CAT
-MAT
-GMAT
-XAT etc.

In addition, there are some state level Entrance Exams for MBA course which will give admission for MBA course in and around various colleges of that particular state.

Each and every university will conduct its own Entrance Exam to give admission for MCA course.

If you want to get admission for MCA course in NITs, you can crack NIMCET Exam.

Have good preparation to the Entrance Exam to get good rank and to get admission in top college.

you have given final year exam of bca. so in my opinion you should have to go for further studies.
-bca is a bachelor degree so any company not prefer to bca for job.
-after bca if you find the job then you may be not get any job if you get job then you will not satisfied with the salary.

Hi Friend;

This is totally depends on your academic record.If you haave good track record through out your graduation with good knowledge then you can apply for good companies. If your academic record is not good (Should be First class) then you can go for further education with fresh breath. But you should good in academics further.
If you have good knowledge in any technology of your field you can apply to companies for job on same technology..

after BCA it is best for you to pursue further education for better career prospects through an MCA, MBA, post graduate diploma in computer applications, course in graphics, multimedia, systems administration and networking courses from reputed private or Government computer institutes. You need to decide which area you are looking to get into such as Networking, Testing, ERP, product development, CRM, DBS etc and then look at getting some specialised certifications in the same such as CCNA, MCSE, SAP, Oracle CRM, JAVA etc. A career in software development (Programmer) will require specialised knowledge. One needs to have good programming skills in languages like C++, Mainframes, Java, .Net etc. The course you choose should be in line with your personal skills, technical skills, goals, personality and aptitude. Once you have narrowed down the area, look at the different courses and institutes that offer them. It is best for you to take an aptitude test conducted by some reputed private training institutes before deciding on the course you wish to pursue.
