hello dear,

you can join ca after icwa after completion of ca,

as ca is considered as a graduation degree you can directly join inter of icwa,
graduates are exempted from foundation exam ,

though ca is more valuable than icwa,

if you want to join icwa then you will have to ger registered with institute of cost and management of india
