Benefits of Studying Commerce:

  • No matter which industry you choose to work in, a sound understanding of Commerce is invaluable to your career prospects. From financial markets and economics to the latest management practices, studying commerce can offer you the skills and knowledge to prepare you for a successful career.
  • Many companies especially KPOs and BPOs prefer employees from accounts and finance backgrounds
  • Recession or no recession, commerce is a subject which will always be in demand unlike those from the engineering or management background

Benefits of Studying Science

  • Studying science equips a student with essential skills that make them employable
  • Students can opt for professional streams like engineering and medicine after the +2 level
  • A student will be at an advantage to discover and invent things that would be beneficial to the society at large
  • Science subjects like Biology teaches us how living things work, Physics enlightens us with the working of the universe and Chemistry helps us with the knowledge of various chemical processes and how they can be utilized.

hi friend

if you want to go for the college life after the
10th class then you should do the diploma
course. this will be very good for you. if you
want to do this course then you have to be
very good in the maths and the science
subject.
this course is also called as the junior
engineering. there are many branches in it:-
COMPUTER
IT
ELECTRONICS
ELECTRICAL
MECHANICAL

etc.
and the other course is the 12th class. you
have many options and you can go for
them.
in these days you can take any of these
stream in your 11th class.
SCIENCE MATHS
SCIENCE BIO
COMMERCE
ARTS
etc.

so best of luck

hello frnd
one thing i must say that nothing is bad or good its u how u take that things . So u must see that in what thing you got the the interest and according to that u must prefer the course . i must say what ever you take you must work hard to get excellence. you can take either science or commerce but must work hard ..
all the best

Hi...
See my friend there are large number of job opportunities in both the fields... Also day by day its scope are increasing... So depending upon your interest...you can select the branch... If you select science stream you can do nursing and microbiology on the other hand on selecting commerce you can do B.Com, C.A, M.Com ,C.S etc... On the whole i prefer commerce

I have an interest in maths and science except biology and in the reaction of chmistry but i can't able to take above 70 marks out of 90 in these subject. My goal is to become a teacher. So, which stream is better for me and in that stream which subjects are beneficial for my career? please make me free from this confusion.
