Which subject papers are followed for IPS exam? Can you please provide me with the details on them? What type of preparation is required? It will be really helpful if you can guide me on this soon as possible. Awaiting to get the response soon. Thanks!

I.P.S stands for Indian Police Service and to become an I.P.S officer candidates have to appear and qualify in Civil Service examination. The examination is conducted by U.P.S.C.

The examination is conducted in three stages :-

Preliminary -- General Studies and CSAT.

Mains --- Essay, Language, General Studies papers and two optional paper.

Interview.

The final list will be prepared on the basis of score in Mains and Interview stages. So, candidates need to prepare for examination with proper strategy and dedication to qualify in examination.
