but for you I think MBA in Finance, MBA in Marketing Management, MBA in Human Resource Management(HR)..

so choose any one of them.

you can prepare and if you have more than 50% marks in graduation than give exams like CAT,XAT,NMAT,IIFT.
this are the very good exams and if you score good in these exams than you can get call from top b-schools

dear according to your question marketing ,finance are best for boy but for girls only hr and finance are best but if your intrested in all field so it is good for you .so i want to give you this suggetion give your good perfomance in your workfield.

After completing BBA you are interested in pursuing your MBA.

First Be very clear about your capability.
Like if you are good at accounts you can choose MBA Finance.
If you are good at dealing with personnel you can opt for MBA HUman resources.
If you are talented in getting things done through your talking ability you may take up MBA Marketing .
More the all you must be clear on what to take and how it will help you fit in to a job which would fetch you a good position and satisfaction.

So ask questions within yourself about your ability and interest then decide the specialisation.

I had completed my computer science and currently working on a software company as a software developer. I had a 3 year of work experience on the current field.
Now i wanted to pursue my master on USA . I am planning to do MBA on IT specialization. But I am big dilemma thinking whether my 3 year of work experience on software company will be considered or not in coming future after completion of MBA?
Am i on a right way ?

After BBA you can take admission in MBA.Now days MBA have lots of specialization but mostly are Marketing,Finance,Sales,Human Resource and IT.
