Re: Which is better to study among BBA and BBA(H)? Scope of BBA and MBA?
There are many career aspects regarding both BBA and MBA in today's world.
BBA stands for Bachelor In Business Administration, besides being a post graduate course, it is considered to quite efficient course for a person determined to do MBA in future. Some scopes of BBA are listed below: BBA graduates can opt for job as a management trainee in anyone of the below mentioned fields; 1. FMGC 2. Marketing Industry 3. Insurance sector 4. Financial Institutions 5. Consultancies 6. IT companies 7. Advertising Agencies 8. Advertising Agencies You can even go for government exams like: 1. Civil Services 2. Indian Army 3. Bank PO 4. Indian railways 5. UPSC 6. Police force 7. SSC, etc. After doing BBA, you can even go for higher studies like: 1. MBA(best suited) 2. MA Sociology 3. MA Philosophy 4. MSc 5. MCA 6. Llb, etc. MBA(Master of Business Administration) is one of the most highly reputed course in today's time. Doing an MBA course enables you to gain a vast knowledge in management field and fetches you a good career. MBA is basically a specialised course in a particular management field, like Marketing, Finance, Logistics, etc. And as you have not mentioned any particular field of specialisation, it is quite difficult to discuss about every aspects. After doing MBA, one can easily get a good salaried job in MNCs, both in India and Abroad However, I am providing the career scopes of MBA in various sectors. Career scopes after MBA 1. IT Manager 2. Finance Manager 3. Financial Advisor 4. HR Manager Management Analyst, etc There is no such distinction between BBA and BBA(H). BBA degree is entitled with an (Honours) title only when a specialisation is done in a particular field like marketing, finance, etc in 5th and 6th semester. BBA degree is only given a (Honours) title even without any specialisation only in WBUT(West Bengal University of Technology) and nowhere else in the world. So, you can only go for a simple BBA degree initially, and later on if you wish then you can do specialisation in any field of your choice. |

BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration
BBA (H) - Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) Which is better BBA or BBA (H): Bachelor of Business Administration course duration is of 3 years, where as the course duration of Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) is 4 years. And I suggest you to go for BBA (Honours), yes as far as Campus placements, Huge recruitments are concerned company always look for BBA(H) candidates rather than BBA General Graduates. The major difference is that, BBA (H) candidates are required to do 2 professional development programs for every semester. So that there is good chance for BBA H candidates to learn several concepts from the foundation itself. Also as far as Syllabus is concerned, I can say that BBA H is better than normal General BBA. Scope of BBA and MBA : There is good scope of BBA and MBA courses after successful completion of the courses. After completion of BBA bachelor degree, there are many fields or streams to opt for in MBA.So you may find several streams such as Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management, Hotel Management and many more.Soon after completion of BBA H or BBA you may give various entrance exams for MBA like XAT, MAT, CAT, SNAP, IBSAT examinations.Make sure the university/organization that you are going to choose is recognized (AICTE approved institute). After successful completion BBA and MBA you can find your role in Finance, Accounting companies, Operations Management, HR Department in Colleges,IT Companies or organizations, Marketing Management, or in any legal companies or International business companies and more. |

Re: Which is better to study among BBA and BBA(H)? Scope of BBA and MBA?
Yes, it is true that pursuing mere BBA will not get you a promising job according to the present market trend since there are many engineering graduates searching for the same jobs so the MNCs hire them as their employees.
To get a good job in the field of computers you have to pursue the MBA. Many MNCs hire MBA graduates as the system analyst and pay them about 4-6 lacs per annum as per the present trend and if the you pursue it from a fairly high level institute then the package may also get too high for you. |
