Sir, i am studying bsc finial year with the combination of(physics, maths & computer science) can i apply for the post of Assistant loco pilot

For your kind information i want to tell you that you must have to fulfill the below given education qualification for the Assistant Loco Pilot job :

** Matriculation or equivalent under 10+2 system and Course Completed Act Apprentice
or
** ITI recognised by SCVT/NCVT
or
** Diploma in Mecahnical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engg recognised by AICTE

You have to go through the below given selection Process :

** Written Examination

** Aptitude Test

** Document Verification.

In order to apply for Assistant Loco Pilot, candidate needs to sit for an exam which is known as Railway Recruitment Board Exam (RRB). To apply for this exam,

Educational Qualification : Candidate should have passed in matriculation under 10+2 system is the basic qualification. Diploma holders from an AICTE approved institution in any of subject are also eligible to apply for this post.

Age Limit : Age should be within 30 years. There is a relaxation for reserved category.

Selection Procedure : Written test, Document verification, personal interview, medical fitness test.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus :

Exam will comprise of objective model questions, the following are the areas of questions:

- General Awareness

- General Intelligence

- General Science

- Reasoning Ability

- Numerical Aptitude

- Technical Knowledge

Total Questions: 120

Duration of the exam : One and half hour.
