The syllabus of HRD Scientific Officer Test is mentioned below:

Human resource development process—assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation, Training, coaching, mentoring, counseling, career planning and development, aligning strategy with HRD activities.

The duration of the exam is 2 hours.

Exam Structure:
Subject - No. of Questions

• English Language: 17
• Quantitative Aptitude Test: 34
• Intellectual Potential Test (Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation): 34
• Academic/Domain Knowledge: 85
• Total Questions: 170

Each question carries 1 mark.

Total marks of the test is 170 marks.
