like to attend for ongc Graduate Trainee which is going to be held on
7th oct 2012. I am from computer science background. So could you
please tell me the syllabus or any links related to the study material
or any prescribed books to start my preparation as early as possible.
I need a clear view of the entire syllabus and also about the general
awareness.

1.General awareness-50 marks/50 questions

2.Specialization subject-100 marks/100 questions

3.Aptitude test-50 marks/50 questions

Total Time:3 hours

Total number of questions:200

Total Number of marks:200

ONGC Graduate Trainee Exam pattern details:General awareness and aptitude test sections contains 50 marks each,so the total marks for both topics are 100 and the another 100 marks for Specialization subject.

It’s very clear that Specialization subject having the more weight age than other 2 sections.In Aptitude test section Data interpretation,Reasoning,Numerical ability/quantitative aptitude and comprehension topics included.
