Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Village Administrative Officer (VAO) Examination
abbreviated as TNPSC-VAO exam syllabus is enclosed on the attachment... plz check for it.. and i think the exam date would be on 20th February 2011... best of luck.. |

If you have 12th standard OR graduation degree then you are applicable for VAO exam but you age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide as per govt rule But you must know the Tamil language. Exam Pattern:- Questions for the exam will come from the following sections:- --General Knowledge --General Tamil/General English. Selection procedure is solely based on the written exam. Other factors like district chosen by the candidate, reservation of vacancies of the district in question and other such things. The first paper is bilingual and you will get the option to answer in either Tamil or English. The second paper is optional where you will get the option to state your preferences in the application form itself. 150 marks have been allotted for each paper and you need to complete the whole paper in three hours.
