why bar council has been set the age limit for three years L.L.B course i.e. 30years?while goverment want to educate the persons ?why the age limit in education also when there is no retirement age in LAW profession,why there is minimum age?
i am very confuse and upset??????????????????? |

There is no upper age limit for studying law
Educational qualification : 3years LLB is Bachelors degree 5years LLB is 10+2 with min of 45% marks in 12th stands |

![]() The LLB is a law course degree. This is a profession where one should have a brilliant communication skill and presentation skill. Law is a set of rules and regulation under which a society or country is ruled. Eligibility Criteria The eligibility criteria for LLB is that one should have a B.A / BSc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates. Dear Friend,
you can take admission to 5 year LLB course after HSC.there are some reputed college that take admission through entrance called as CLAT commol law admission test.you will need to appear for that if you want good college for law.otherwise you can apply foe any law colleges with respect to their recruitment according to notification. eligibility 1.minimum age is 17 year no upper limit. |

Hai,
To become a LLB student first of all you need to apply the entrance exams like CLAT/LSAT. Bar Council of India has declared the age limits for the LLB course is For five years course the maximum age limit is 20years, For three years course the maximum age limit is 30years. All the best. |
