If any person who is interested to study LLB 3 years course at the age of 40 than why the bar association is not accepting an upper age person? According to the studies anybody can study without age limit then why these rules are there? If a person has to choose this course to study let them study, they are not asking for government jobs just he has chosen a profession. Please if any words hurt then I am sorry. My aim and advice is to remove upper age limit for LLB admission. Thank you

I think you are misinterpreted as there is no age limit to pursue LLB course by Bar Council of India.

The general eligibility to get admission in the three year course is candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university. The minimum required aggregate varies with the institute.

So, if you want to pursue course you are eligible to get admission. The Bar Council of India has removed the upper age limit to pursue course.

As, per latest notification the All India Bar Council has removed the upper age limit to get admission in LLB course.

So, now you are eligible to take the admission in three year LLB course at the age of 40 years.

So, you need to appear for entrance examination as according to the university and colleges you want to get the admission.

In order to get admission in the above mentioned course you need not be worried about the age as there is no such age bar announced for the enrollment in the above mentioned course.

You can very much appear for CLAT entrance test and then after clearing your examination with good score, you might be very much eligible to avail a seat in good LLB college.

According to the Bar Council Of India, There are no age limit to appear for LLB.

But you must have other criteria as well. Please go through the criteria details for LLB as stated below

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR LLB :

You must have completed your 10+2 with at least 45% marks as a general caste. SC/ST/OBC can go for LLB with 40% marks in 10+2 examination

You must be wrongly informed about this LLB admission.

There is no age bar for LLB admission. But make sure that you have completed you 12th standard examination from a legal institute and have at least 45% marks.

Now All India Bar Council has removed upper age limit to get admission in LLB.
But candidate have must other criteria (ie: candidate must complete there 10+2 with 45% mark)
So, now you can eligible to take admission the age will no problem, you need to appear the entrance examination of the college/ University.
