Talking to TOI, dean, faculty of law, A K Awasthi said: "The maximum age for a student who desires to pursue three years law is 30 years andfor five years LLB is 20 years. This would ensure that the students who join the course are serious enough and do not only want a degree.'' For the SC/ST, the age limit for three years law has been kept at 35 and for five years LLB, it willbe 22 years. "We are hopeful that the same would get the consent of higher authorities and would be applicable from July, 2011,'' said Awasthi. |
