Yes surely there is provision of age relaxation in government service for reserved category candidates.

Reserved category candidates are those who belong to socially and economically backward caste. So for their upliftment government provides age relaxation as well as reservation to these candidates.

Generally the age relaxations are provided to different categories as given below:-

For Other Backward Caste candidates :- 3 years.

For Scheduled caste / Scheduled Tribes candidates :- 5 years.

For Physically Challenged candidates :- 10 years.

For wards of Public Welfare Department servicemen candidates :- 5 years.

For Ex-servicemen :- 10 years.

For more details regarding the age relaxations and reservation provided in different sectors you must visit its official link or must go through its information bulletin throughly.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
