In Civil Service Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, following individuals gets age relaxation:

• Those who have completed an initial period of assignment of five years Military Service- 5 years.
• Candidates belonging to Sc/St category- 5 years
• Candidates belonging to OBC category- 3 years

There no specific age relaxation in the Civil Service Examination for Central Government Employees.

can any central govt. Employee give tech. resignation to join the lower grade pay from present post by direct recruitment of SSC to go nearby home state. If yes then under which provision competent aut. can release and what is the reference?
