Dear,

Quality of engineering education in India in IITs is much better than that of foreign universities. But in terms of exposer and practicals doing engineering from universities outside India is a better option.

You can write following exams to take admission in foreign universities. These exams are quite tough but once you qualify it you will have a great career ahead.

Exams that you should give are:
  1. GRE= Graduate Record Examination.
  2. IELTS=international english languageb test.
  3. SAT= scholastic aptitude test.
  4. TOEFL= test of english as foreign language.

Good luck!
