I have completed my b.tech in electronics and communication i want to go abroad for further study by scholarship so please tell me all procedure.

In order to pursue higher studies in the foreign universities you need to qualify in the entrance exams based on whose scores most of the foreign universities especially the top ones take admission of students. The entrance exams are GRE, TOEFL and IELTS. After that you need to apply in the concerned universities with the scores, resume and statement of purpose. After getting selected, you need to apply for student visa and clear its interview round.
