Is there any good scope for M.Tech in Biotech after completing B.Tech in Biotech? Should I go for M.Tech in any other related field?


i have completed B-tech in Bopitechnologh. i would like to go for M-tech in is same filed. is there any scope for M-tech in Biotech? or shall i go for M-tech in other realted filed ? please suggest.

There are numerous Institutions which offers M.Tech in Bio Technology. Candidates who have completed the B.E. / B.Tech program in Bio Technology or related field from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum aggregate marks as prescribed by the University or Institute of concern are eligible for the Course. The duration of the program is two years. Admission is based on Tests and Interviews. Candidates with a valid GATE Score are also considered in various Institutions.

Following are the list of some of the recognized Institutions offering M.Tech in Bio technology:

VIT University

BITS, Mesra

SRM University

Jawaharlal Nehru University
