If You have more than 60% in B-TECH then you are applicable below organization and companies.

8)BSNL JTO ,BSNL TTA ,MTNL

9)ISRO ,DRDO ,BARC ,IGDR ,IOCL ,SAIL

5)CAPGEMINI

But the better option for you to go for M-TECH or MBA or JRF or SRF or PHD.
