i think there will not be any website for online coaching in hindi for UPSC civil service examination. one online coaching website for UPSC civil service examination is http://www.iasgeneralstudies.com/

but generally this website provide coaching for civil service preliminary examination not for each subject. online classes video online mock tests all are available in this website. but subject wise coaching is not there in this website.

if you want to take subject wise coaching then i think you should try offline for it. geography is very common subject so many UPSC civil service examination coaching institution provide coaching in this subject. but i don't think any coaching institution provide coaching for the subject public administration. still you may try for any coaching institution for this subject. otherwise you have to study on for this subject.
