i have gate score of 316 in biotech and ranked 2719 is there will be any institution providing phd

hi,..
first of all you should know that for doing an phd you have to complete your post graduation first,as you have written the gate exam now i assume that you have not completed your post graduation yet,
also there are many colleges in the country which provide phd in biotech
some of them are
1. Indian institute of technology,roorkee
2.NIIT university
3.jamia milia islamia,new delhi
