As you have done diploma in electronics and communication engineering and after having diploma you want to study medical engineering course, then according to my opinion B.Tech/BE courses in Biomedical engineering is best option for you to go for further study in medical related field after ECE diploma course.

>> After having diploma in electronics and communication engineering you can apply for bachelors courses through lateral entry procedure by which you are directly admitted in second year of your degree course. Here below are details regarding bachelors degree course in biomedical engineering:-

>> Minimum qualification required to apply for B.Tech/BE in biomedical engineering is 10+2 in science stream or equivalent qualification (That is diploma course you have done) from government recognized board/institute.

>> Duration of bachelors degree course in biomedical engineering is 4 years after 10+2 but after diploma duration of bachelors degree in biomedical engineering course is reduced to 3 years.
