Is there any nit colages who take there own entrance exam?

NO,
none of the National institites of tech. conduct their own entrance exams
the only way to get thru is AIEEE as you would be aware..

it will also not change in near future as all NITs are resources of country and are run by government of India . so they will have a common entrance test

so,
rather than giving any wrong hopes , I would suggest you to prepare smartly for entrance exams
