No, there is no question on accountancy subject in entrance examination of banking jobs like Probationary officer and Clerk. For example, given below is examination pattern of Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection common written exam:

In preliminary and main examination questions are asked from areas like Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, General English, Banking Awareness and Computer awareness. There is no question related to accountancy subject in any bank entrance examination.
