You did not mention your highest level of academic qualification. In order to join M.Tech in Electronics Engineering, you should have completed B.Tech with same stream.

I would suggest you to opt for M.Tech in Electronics Engineering in Distance Education only when you are doing some job in an organization and if time does not permit you to join M.Tech in Regular mode.

If you are not doing any job, then I suggest you to opt for this course in regular mode only. Because, you will not gain much subject knowledge in Distance Learning and moreover, you will not be given preference in many jobs.

You did not mention whether you are a GATE qualified candidate or not. In case, if you have qualified in GATE Exam, you can get admission for M.Tech course in regular mode and in addition to that you are eligible to apply for job opportunities on the basis of GATE score.

Even for Distance Education also, you should attempt the entrance exam conducted by that university in order to get admission for M.Tech course.
