will you please guide me the univercity or IIT offering in M- tech throuch Distance education. If so, kindly provide the details.

At present iam doing my b.tech 3rd year of cse from Vignan's Institute of Engineering for Women.
How can i get a seat in iit ? what is the source to get through it? how many marks should i get in GATE entrance exam? Will it be tough? should i have to take any coaching? what subjects will be involving in this exam?
