Yes, you can get in to the role of programmer in firms like CDIT, CDAC, KELTRON, etc. To join technical departments under government sector by qualifying the exams carried out by SSC, UPSC, etc. BSNL, NTPC, SAIL, etc are some of the governmental firms recruiting M.Sc IT graduates. Banks, Railways, Defense, etc are other possible employment areas. Civil Service or IFS is another good option for candidates who have completed M.Sc IT course.
