Hi sir i am the student of cse department.I am completed my second year.i have 2 months time to improve my practical knowledge.But i have interest in mechanical engineering.Plz suggest me that my idea is worth towards my career.

As you have already completed the second year, so now if you change your branch you will be wasting your 1 year of education.
Suggest you to continue with current branch and develop interest in the same by doing projects and participating in college level competitions.
