though there are many company you may consider applying to these - Zindal steel. - DSP. - TATA steel. - tata motors. - hindal co. - L&T - honeywell - abb - siemens (to an extent) - Yokogawa (mainly instrumentation) - sterlite - GE - delphi (mainly electronics , with a little bit of instrumentation ) - emerson fisher ( mostly instrumentation) - pricol - Crompton Greaves - GMR Infrastructure - GVK Power & Infrastructure ltd - Lanco Infratech Ltd. - NTPC - Neyveli Lignite corporation - Power Grid Corporation - Reliance Infrastructure - Reliance Power Limited - Siemens Ltd. - Suzlon Energy Ltd. - Tata Power Co. - Torrent Power Ltd. You should apply to all of them as its difficult to get summer internship. If you are able to get more than one you can choose best of them All the best
