Is there negative marking in Civil Service Examination(Prelim)?

I have checked employment news (nov 28 edition), and there has still no notification made about invitations of application forms for CSE(PRELIM)?
When can be the notification made?

Yes, of course my friend, there's a negative marking for each wrong answer.

1/3 marks will be deducted from your attained marks for every wrong answer. So, try your best to give correct answer and if you don't have any idea about the answer then its better to skip that question.
