Re: Tips to prepare for IIT in 9 to 10 months?
Not Necessarily any parameters for this
you should plan accordingly to your interest and grasping power The rank will be not depend upon How many hours you spent in preparation It depends on how many hours you perfectly utilized Before 4 months of the exam preparing for JEE for 5 hours with full of concentration brings a very good rank some of the points you must remember while preparing for the exam are you must be highly concentrated towards your goal you should know all the patter and examination procedure of the exam Make smart plans and follow accordingly You must be hardworker for the whole six months keep all attractions away from you stick to your preparation Make the best time in your preparation for your recreation and relaxation .. practice with some of the mock test to know the competition of the exam this is all about the exam preparation attitude a candidate must have Regards ~AdityA~ |

Re: Tips to prepare for IIT in 9 to 10 months?
Although next JEE will be conducted in april, 2012, so you have around 11 months.
It is a common myth in IIT aspirants that one requires twp whole years. Presently I am in IIT Delhi, many of many friends didnt even took coaching, still get in top 500 even with one yr preparation. So how to do preparation: 1. It is expected that you should make a plan, but follow it heartly, although you can keep modifying it through out the yr. 2. Identify when you can study with full concentration, keep that time to study new concepts, in rest time you can do sample question. 3. Remember whenever you learn something new, do question based on that in the following hour, a few good examples are better than doing lots of examples, identify where are you making mistakes, note them in separate copy and during revision , revise these as wont get much time to do all. 4. Although you are expected to devote bulky time to studies, but remember all aspects of life are important , so devote equally to other activities also. Re: Tips to prepare for IIT in 9 to 10 months?
There is no unique method of preparing for the IIT-JEE as clearing IIT-JEE IS A PROJECT and you need to plan and manage your studies properly.
>>>1. Choosing a right coaching class for JEE >>>2.You only have 24 hours in a day so it is very important to utilize that time.Proper planning hels in better time management >>>3.Start your study with a right frame of mind >>>4.Workout limited number of problems , but good ones. >>>5.Take practise tests regularly and analyze your performance |

Re: Tips to prepare for IIT in 9 to 10 months?
You have a very small period of time left with you for the preparation so better start studying as much and as fast as you can.
Here are a few tips for your preparation: 1. Chose a nice coaching class if possible. 2. For physics prepare only from H. C. Verma(as many may suggest irodov but that much is never required for JEE). 3. Pay special attention to CBSE syllabus. 4.Solve last 10 years question papers of JEE. 5.Spend as much time as possible for solving questions rather than just reading the overview. 6. For maths solve IIT R D Sharma objective. 7. For chemistry refer to CBSE syllabus and NCERT books Hope this will hep you. Have confidence IIT IS NOT HARD, ITS SYLLABUS IS BIG thats actually the real thing. All the best |

Hi Friend , If you know something about IIT-JEE then you must be knowing that in the entire history of JEE, experienced people only say a particular point important, no one makes a guess. If you have prepared well for 12th board and your concepts are clear in each subject then the time is enough. But if you have just remembered things and your basics are not very clear then you are not gonna make it happen. IIT-JEE doesn't require you to study 4 months or 1 year or two year. It requires only basic knowledge and command on its application. Don't take my point negatively. Those are truth and for your belief i am telling you that I am the kind of answerer, you requested here. All I want to say is that, you just prepare yourself and don't think that if somebody tells you that a particular point is important and you will do it in the exam. Suppose mechanics is very important; a man who has studied mechanics entire year can't be sure to solve all questions from the topic correctly. If you are a a fresher this year you can try next year. There is no life-death question in IITs. If you score AIR 1500 or less in AIEEE you will get IIIT Hyderabad where Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Direct-I, Intel, Microsoft etc all major companies come. So, do your work according to time and never panic for result. Thank You |
