You have to work Hard because you have very less time.
You have to give minimum 8-10 hours per day for cracking IIT-JEE.
You have to study regular and properly for cracking IIT-JEE or AIEEE.
Total paper of IIT-JEE, AIEEE are based on NCERT Books.
None of question is not out of 11th and 12th standard Books.
So firstly concentrate on CBSE issued NCERT books.
You will definitely crack IIT.

The no. of hours for preparation of IIT depend on the capability of student.
If an average student spend 8 hour for iit preparation then he will surely be selected in IIT and in IIT now a days questions are asked from basics only so if your fundamentals are clear then you can answer about 80% question of IITJEE..

oh!yes if your basics are clear and if you are well determined then for surely you can crack iit.what you need to do is divide your syllabus and check that which part of your syllabus is completed and according to that you can hitch your studying time.Basically you need to study at least 8 to 10 hours of study everyday.

as you have 5-6 months. so from today you start your preparation.
you divide your whole day & make a time planner. give 6hr to math.
3 hr to physics.
3 hr to chemistry.

Math is a very interesting subject. Treat as a friend with it. Give maximum time to it. Always carry a maths formula book along with you. You will surely win your goal.

IIT is surely a tough exam. You have to do a lot of practice and hard work to crack this exam.Obviously you need to have your basics and concepts clear.
You should study for at least 8 hours daily for this. solve lots and lots of question. solve previous year paper for sure. i would suggest you to join the all india test series conducted by Brilliant tutorials. This test will help you alot by assesing your performance.

you have sufficent time for cracking iit jee
always remember that you have to do smart labour instead of hard labour... so make attenssion on fundamentals and basics..
if your basics are clear then you can easly crack iit with high rank...
you have to study atleast 6 or seven hour in a day ... u may increase your stuy period for best prepairation ..,.. u should solve last years question banks...
for physics you can study H.C. Verma's book...
for organic chemistry....you should read morishon and boyd's book
for inorganic u should study N.C.E.R.T book
for physical chem. u shold solve problem by R.C. mukherjee book
always try to study NCERT books for clear your concepts
good luck

if you want to prepare iit with self study, then it is a best way to prepare...
but you can face some difficulty...but if u work hard then nothing is impossible

u should study N.C.E.R.T. books for best result
u can use h.c. verma concept of physics for solve problems..
and not forget to solve question banks
good luck

iit is the simplest and easiest exam i have ever faced . just a simple thing is required to pass that exam that is ''conceptual study'' don't memorize all the things just understand them with your heart.and........specially you should concentrate on maths............just enjoy the calculation and enjoy with the subject science that's all.....................

You must spend 8-10 hours in studying to prepare for IIT-JEE or AIEEE.
Since, you have very less time, so it is quite necessary for you to study at least 8 hours a day, if you really want to be successful in IIT-JEE or AIEEE.
Focus on your concepts, make it strong because all questions especially from AIEEE questions are directly based on your concepts and formulaes.
