to prepare for the IITJEE you must follow the Arihant publication books of maths , physica and chemisty
there are other book even
maths : kc sinha , sl loney , rs aggarwal
chemistry : op tandon , j d lee , ncert 12 and 11th class
physics:: h c verma

the most important thing is that you should have a clear concepts on all the tops and keep your basics clear ......

hello...
you need to be very selective and specific in choosing your books .
there should be a proper revision scheme
1st revision within two days after you complete a topic
2nd revision 7-10 days
3rd revision within approx. 1 month
4th revision afetr 3 months
5th revision within one month before your exam

try to solve the paper in specific period of time to increase your speed

dear friend,
for cracking iit jee exam, not only hard work is required but strategy is also required for preparation. you must first study from ncert books to clear your concept. after that i will suggest you to study from
tata mcgraw hills for maths
d c pandey for physics
arihant for chemistry
you must also for once try to solve all the previous years question papers to get the knowledge of pattern and difficulty level of the exam.
while solving the sample papers, never see the solution directly. first try to solve the questions by yourself two to three times. if then also you fail, then see the solution.
you must remember these tips to get good result.

IIT-JEE exam is a national level exam conducted by IITs jointly to select the Brilliant Brains all over India. It is a very prestigious exam and also the toughest exam of UG course in Engineering. Every candidate dreams to be in IIT.

Since, this exam has limited no. of seats so it becomes tough for everyone to crack this exam and get admission. Around 5 lakhs candidates apply for this exam and nearly 9000 are selected and get IITs.
Most of the candidates apply the strategy to start their preparation with Chemistry in the morning, Maths during afternoon, Physics in night.
