there are many topics for ur minor project
u can choose microprocessor,software engineering,networking,oprating system.
there are mainly 2 types of oprating system such as mobile software like android and computer oprating system like linux.
u can also choose a project which is made by the help of any type of language.
there are many diff types of language such as c,c++,java..net,php.
so my friend u have many options for ur minor project.
