I dont Know about Manipal College, it is good college or not, Becaue i not study in this colleges. So its better if you want to know more about this college, then please contact the students who were study there, they will better guide you and tell you, Is Manipal College is good Or not.

But according to my Knowledge, I think Manipal Is a good college for Study.

I dont know where you can listen that Manipal college atmosphere is not good, I think its all are rumors. But If you want to get more information regarding Manipal University or colleges, then please contact to the administration or visit the Manipal campus or contact the students directly,, they will better help you and tell you more clear about Manipal College.

So, I dont know much about Manipal University, Its Better to visit the campus of Manipal University and get information form the students who were study there, they will better tell you about the college. ya the stuedntz do soo much drinking n all n becoz of tht soo much accidents happens hear....
bt if ur good in studies so u can join becoz they have all the comforts to students like gameing zone , swimmming pool etc etc

MANIPAL is a reputed colleges.i dont no what have you heard but on educational ground it is a very nice college. And when you have got a chance to study there dont waste it.i would suggest you to go for it.
if you still have a second thought just consult anybody who is studying there dont just go by what you have heard.
and if yo u think about the bad atmosphere just check out the facilities, the placement and scopes the college provide, you'll surely like it.

my friend yes these allagations are true on manipal that it has a bad atmosphere as many of my friends study there and have reported of various cases of drug peddling etc,

kindly avoid the institute if u can

Dude...If you are still deciding in whether to join or not , you are making A BIG MISTAKE in not joining yet...!! I dont say its an ashram but its like any pother place in india but advanced more than 50 years from present india...!! U study once here u ll never feel like going away...!!Teaching is the best in University here , compared to any other Uni in india...!! Stop thinking about alcohol , drugs and all...!! I stayed here for more than 10 years and i rarely find them disturbing me or my circle...!!! It all depends on you ....If u want quality education just get in !!

Alcoholism and other drug addiction is common to almost all engineering colleges or rather professional colleges. But, this does not mean, that everyone residing there is an addict.

If you have the will to abstain from such activities, you surely will.

It's true. It is very bad here because of the presence of nris with lots of money,open bars in campus vicinity. My personal example and my friends as my brilliant kid had to be withdrawn because of this issue and we are still coping with it..his knows when our kid will recover from it.
