Those candidates who have completed B.Sc degree in Chemistry from recognized university are eligible for IIT JAM exam. IIT JAM exam doesn't require any kind of percentage marks in graduation degree.

Important Tentative Dates for IIT JAM 2016

Online registration and application process will start -2nd September 2015
Last date of fee payment through challan -10th October 2015
Closure of the online application process -14th October 2015
Exam Date of JAM 2016 -7th February 2016
Date of result announcement -23rd March 2016
