I would suggest CMC PG which is an entrance examination for admission in to various postgraduate medical degrees like MD and MS in Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. Admission in to CMC is considered to be really tough. Every year a large number of students appear for CMC PG to get admission in various MD and MS programmes of CMC.
CMC is one of the most popular institutes in India for medical education. Christian Medical College has many milestones associated with it. It started in 1900 as a single bed dispensary and subsequently grew to be one of the leading medical and health care centers and institutes in India. CMC provides post graduation degrees in 22 fields. For all these courses candidates have to appear for a common entrance test. The college is consistently ranked amongst the top three medical colleges of India and was ranked second in 2009 survey.

Campus:The college provides excellent facilities like labs, computer & internet labs, workshop and organized class rooms to its students. It also has experienced and qualified faculty members and provides all sorts of help to its students. Popularity of the exam:
Christian Medical College is amongst the top ranking medical colleges of India therefore a very large number of candidates apply for CMC PG exam every year. The candidates who clear the written test are called for interviews depending on which the final selections are made.

Eligibility criteria:
To apply for CMC PG a candidate must have done MBBS from an institute recognized by Indian Medical Council. The candidates who will complete their internship before 15th May, 2011 can also apply.

Application Forms Availability for CMC PG 2011

Application forms for CMC PG are expected to be available in ICICI bank branches across India. The forms can also be obtained by sending a request for the form to the registrar office, CMC.
