How should i prepare for medical entrance exams keeping track of various subjects and study hours?


when will the medical joint entrance exam forms will be available? which are the best colleges in india?
which branch should be chosen in medical? how to get the forms? how to prepare for medical exams? which subject should i focus more?
how many hors should i study?

top medical college in india are the following-
1. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi
2. Christian Medical College, Vellore
3. Armed Forces Medical College, Pune
4. JIPMER, Pondicherry
5. Kasturba Medical College Chennai
6. Lady Hardinge Medical College
7. Maulana Azad Medical College,Delhi
8. Madras Medical College
9. St John's Medical College,
10. Grant Medical College..................

an student who is interested to study for medicine have to mainly focus on science subject which contains(physics,biology,chemistry).minimum 5 hours prepare yourself
> questions you are going to face in your entance examination based on 11th and 12 standard be clear with these portions
>it is better to go for mbbs then md specialised in cardiologist or gynaecologist etc...........

I m belonging from bihar and pass 12th from bihar?
