Yes, Kashmiri Migrants are eligible for admission in engineering colleges of Haryana by qualifying in Common Entrance Test. The academic qualification required to apply for CET exam for Bachelor of Engineering is that you must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board of India.

The minimum percentage of marks required is 50%in 12th. Depending upon your rank in Haryana CET, you can get admission in top engineering colleges of Haryana.
