What is the age limit and Eligibility criteria of SCRA exam?
Sir im rahul gupta and im in class 12th now...
And i want to know about SCRA EXAM with all details regarding age,limit and eligibility etc... Please help me...... |

You should not be over 21 years. Also you should have completed your 12th standard or equivalent. Mathematics along with Physics and Chemistry should be amongst the subjects studied. Candidates who have completed first year of Graduation can also apply. Also you must have at least second class in the qualifying exam.

SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentices) exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission).
For the academic year 2011, it is going to be conducted on 31st July,2011 Here is the eligibility criteria for SCRA 2011 exam. Academic qualification : -A candidate should have completed his 10+2 with Maths and Physics as the disciplines to be eligible for exam. Age limit for SCRA exam:
Candidate age should be between 17 to 21 years. SCRA exam notification for 2011 year: Date of issuing application form from 26th March 2011 to 25th April 2011. Exam date is on 31st July 2011. If you need any information,then check this attachment. |

I am B.tech graduate in computer science and engineering passed in 2010. my academics are 10th- 75% 12th-52% B.tech-74% want to write ph test conducted by elitmus. will it beneficial for me or not?? kindly suggest me. Thanks... |

Eligibility criteria for SCRA exam:

SCRA(Special class railway apprentices) exam is conducted by UPSC for jobs in railways. the eligibility criteria for SCRA exam is age:lower age limit of 17 years and upper age limit of 21 academic: must have passed Intermediate or equivalent exams in government approved board with mathematics and physics/chemistry. citizenship: indian or indian by origin should be physically fit |

SCRA exam means Special Class Railway Apprentice examination .
This exam is conducted by Union Public Services Commission(U.P.S.C) to recruit candidates in Indian railway. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:- -- CANDIDATE MUST BE INDIAN CITIZEN. -- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PASSED INTERMEDIATE EXAM WITH FIRST/SECOND CLASS FROM RECOGNIZED BOARD. -- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE STUDIED MATHEMATICS & AT LEAST ONE SUBJECT FORM PHYSICS/CHEMISTRY IN INTERMEDIATE LEVEL. -- MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED IS 17 YEARS TO APPEAR IN THE EXAM. -- A CANDIDATE MUST NOT ATTAIN THE AGE OF 21 YEARS. -- UPPER AGE LIMIT IS RELAXED FOR SC/ST , OBC CANDIDATES. -- SC/ST- 5 YEARS, OBC- 3 YEARS RELAXED UPPER AGE LIMIT. -- CANDIDATE MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT.
