What aspects do the companies consider during selection?
what all the aspects usually the companies who came for for campus selection will consider? and on what aspects does students concentrate to get recruted in a good company?what all the academic and other soft skills are needed?

The selection criterion opted by each company will be different with each other. The candidate should possess the cut off marks specified by the organization to appear for the exam. Most of the firms carry out written exam and interview for the selection purpose. The technical skills and the analytical skills of the candidate will be measured through the written exam. The candidate should possess adequate soft skills to get selected to the job. Certain firms give preference to candidates with good academic results.
