The best time to appear for CPT exam is after completion of your 12th standard.

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test. The CPT exam is an entrance test that you need to appear to get admission in the CA course. The CPT exam is conducted twice a year in the months of June and December.

Since you are in 12th standard, then it is best to appear for the CPT December attempt exam.
