I'm pursuing Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical branch. I have 2 back in odd semester and 2 in even semester in first year so, in 3rd semester if in case if I get one more back then will I be promoted to next semester with 5 back?

1. It totally depends upon your department discretion. If you perform well in third semester then they may allow you to get promoted to second year of diploma in engineering.

2. Your aim should be to score well in third semester and clear all subjects in this semester.
